I sure hope this isn't a regular practice.

When a player shows "all the signs of a concussion", he should never go back into the game.

Is the protocol really "to go a dr after the game and when he gets cleared he can return to play" as you claimed?   That's not what others have found when searching the law on this.
Coach is just passing on what his father did to him. Let him take one too many shots to the head, become an absolute retard and make sure his own son will also get concussed repeatedly without his own father having the courage to step in and do the right thing.

Your son's 40 time according to hudl is pretty impressive....4.75 for a high school athlete at almost 200 pounds is legit speed. Do you know if he was timed by hand or laser? And for those who say 4.75 isn't fast, most people greatly exaggerate their 40 time. A 4.75 is respectable even for an NFL linebacker.

Easy there, at least I know the difference between offense and defense, since everyone is so concerned about what I do, since they didn't catch it does that make them just as much of a "genius"?

Now ya got it....O-line sucked. He stepped in (reluctantly) for the starting QB because he got sacked and injuried in the previous game.

I know you're more well versed than squid vicious who can't tell offense from defence.

I totally believe he played QB.

My only question was if the concussion part of the story was added to create the heroic comeback element part of the story.   Instead of "hey, that QB thing didn't work out...", you can say "The O-line sucked and he would have done great, but with the concussion and all..."

I get it.   We're just saying, tell that tale at Thanksgiving, tell that story to recruiters... but getbig members are far too analytical and smell bullshitting a mile away.   "The doc said he had ALL of the concussion signs, and let him return" is something that set off alarm bells for us

A lot of people think that.

Coach, were you not aware of the state protocol following a head injury with "all of the the symptoms"

Players aren't allowed to go back in the same game.  Very much against the rules.

I'm curious about this "team doctor" that first said he had all of the symptoms - that alone is massive, as ALL of them involve some pretty nasty symptoms.    But allowing the person to re-enter the same game, an hour later?   That's baffling to many of us, Coach.

we need to get to the bottom of this asap. ideally the whole thing is just made up.

my concern is preventing any more harm to kids subject to such a dangerous practice.

I'm sure coach will clarify this matter shortly.

It's clearly fabricated or at the very least, HIGHLY embellished to make his son seem like some sort of hero. Dunno why you guys just keep going in circles about it. The old man is obviously delusional and stuck in his pretentious own little world where he "trains elite athletes".

Completely pathetic, nothing more and nothing less. I just don't know why he would continue on saying stuff and make himself look even dumber....but then again, getbig never ceases to amaze me.

Here's the thing, son. You and just about everyone else on here have literally and legally slandered me in including your fat friend, Tu. I've offered and invited him down for me to prove it. He denied. Again, if I was just some random poster that posts under gimmicks, I could ignore it. But since I'm one of the few that puts themselves out there with nothing to hide....

Voted Obama twice?

Btw, your women, Killary. Indicted or not? If she is I feel your world would come apart.

No one had slandered you at all.

No one had made any false statements.

I've asked you to go on record with names. You chose not to.

Also. Slander is verbal. No one has said anything. We've printed it. It's called libel in that case.

However.

Please show the false statements made.

You're the one who made statements. We just asked for individuals.

Don't worry about me being fat Coach. I may be fat, but that just means I'm twice the man you are in every sense of the word.

How is it slander? You talked about a specific scenario about your son. People are just asking for clarifying questions and stating what the law is regarding concussions in high school sports. Not being mean, but I don't think you know the legal definition of the term "slander." Again, I don't care if your son played with a concussion or not. It doesn't make a difference to me. I am just trying to understand where you would slandered. Where did someone state untrue things about you in this thread?

"oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit."

Call it what you want you but when I can prove every word I said and I know the identities of the ones who slandered (call it what you want, since I know the identities, it's debatable) and if you really think I'm going to expose anything that deep on here, you're dumber than I thought. As for being more of a man, that's debatable as well. Don't show your fuckkng ignorance by googling subjects you don't know or understand on the spot then come off as some expert. Yes, Libel is written, slander is oral.

Libel and slander are types of defamatory statements. Libel is a written defamatory statement, and slander is a spoken or oral defamatory statement. In this article, we'll look at where you might find a defamatory statement, provide some different examples of libel and slander, and more.

I don't have to be an expert to read laws and policies, coach. That's ridiculous.

That's like saying you have to be a formula one driver to know you can't speed.

You're seriously dense.

I didn't say you were suing anyone, did I? But you said they were slandering you, so I was just wondering where they were slandering you. Didn't you make that statement? That 240 and others were slandering you? Where were they doing this?

Again, I don't care if your kid played with a concussion.

ps - Its libel, not slander.

Libel and slander are types of defamatory statements. Libel is a written defamatory statement, and slander is a spoken or oral defamatory statement.
