Looks very good. But still just a little boy if standing next to the bigger guys.

If he can put on another 20 pounds, being up the quads, chest and back AND come in sharp and keep the wait in check then he'll be right up there. Could do it by next year.

He can't improve his back. Like I've said countless times, no pro improves a "weak" bodypart. He can only get bigger overall and improve conditioning, that's it!
Fans and pros alike still think bodypart specialization works... it doesn't at this level.

Dude is pulling 845 or whatever it was, the weak back isn't due to neglect, it's ALL genetics.

Very true statement. This is also an example of the law of diminishing returns. Dallas seems to do everything right; the training, nutrition, drugs, stage presentation.., so he's pretty maxed out.

He can improve the back! Back twice a week focus on rowing and pulling excercises. Strict form, let the lats do the work. It will come if he does it right!  Dude is twenty fucking four, all we seen by now is just genetics drugs n hard work. From now on he need to train smart to get those lagging muscles grow. Thicker chest more muscles on the back. Calves legs delts arms is ok. But need more quality.

Just LOL @ Getbiggers giving training advices to Dallas. Here's some real advice for Dallas: take your current stack and multiply it times 1.25. If you have no emergent medical issues, dial it up to 1.5. Your welcome.

turning his wrist counter-clockwise when doing upright rows can definitely improve the receptor saturation capabilities in his back.  ;)
