Are you saying they don't wear shorts or panties?

I have XL arms, chest and shoulders and a medium waist. So, to echo Halo's comment, I can either wear a shirt that fits my arms decently and looks like a mumu around my middle, or I wear a L shirt which is stretched up top and looks OK at the waist. I refuse to tailor t-shirts and polos.

I blame the mediocrity of men today. They all look like absolute garbage and I have to fit inside of little boxes that they create.

I've got a dude who gets my clothes for me. I'm not what I once was, but still, any XXL shirt I put on looks like a fucking trash bag unless I get a certain cut. Once I find one, I buy a few of those shirts.

bodybuilders are ignorant as fuck when it comes to fashion and style - try discussing a suit drop and they would fall to their knees thinking it was a money making opportunity.

Korean bodybuilders dress and interact with friends and family normally, at least from what I've seen.

Why would you "refuse" to have your clothes tailored? Even small towns have tailors, or at least seamstresses, that can taper your dress shirts and jackets at the waist. I buy what fits up top, and they cut out the excess at the waist. Their prices are reasonable, in my opinion. Any kind of pullover is going to be hard , if not impossible, to put on if is tapered at the waist.

Agreed, this is what I do as well for the day to day T-shirts and dress shirts. Either this, or have them fully tailored. Jeans I can usually find something not too ill-fitting*, trousers I always wear bespoke.

If one is on a budget, then yes: go Primark. I still do sometimes.  :D But I will never understand people who will buy an expensive but ill-fitting Lacoste (c.s.) polo, when they could just get one bespoke for less than twice that price.

*Flame away, but C&A's Relaxed Fit models usually has a few that fit me well.

1 lacoste polo = 90 EUR and it's just a cookie cutter polo like manual laborers wear but instead of their company badge it has a lacoste badge

In my hey day i was never big, bodybuilding wise. Still i had a hard time finding clothes that fit in my frame. T-shits and loose pants were the norm, specially in the calves.
Business jackets and shirts blouse never fitted in the arms. Had to go for bigger sizes, but then the jacket reached my knees. Just stupid.
Maybe our european clothing is more slim designed.

American clothes are mostly designed with fat fucks in mind.

European clothes are usually designed with skinny-fat Italian homosexuals in mind, so not any better.

LOL THIS! I have a couple polo shirts I bought when I was in Europe, and the shoulders are super tight but the waist/gut area is very loose. I'm not even a wide guy, but those shirts fit in the weirdest way.

Haha, I started a thread about this a little while ago, but everyone called me gay. (To be fair, it may have been completely unrelated to the thread  :-\ )Korean bodybuilders do have a lot more style than American or European bodybuilders. I used to be a lot more envious of Phil's physique because he looked so good in clothes, but that's changed in the last few years. Also, a little while ago I said that there were bodybuilders I followed on instagram because of their clothes and the absolute gayest member of getbig (Pet Shop Boys) said that was gayer than following a bodybuilder to stare at him in his underwear, which is what he prefers to do. Really, it is because most bodybuilders dress like shit and it's not easy finding nice clothes if you have muscular/athletic proportions, so I take note of well-dressed larger guys.

I know style is subjective and these looks aren't what everyone would consider stylish, but I'd prefer to dress like these guys than most western bodybuilders.

As for western bodybuilders/fitness personalities that are well-dress, IMO no one beats this guy. He's fitspiration for me, but I follow him on instagram mostly for clothing. Consistently dope fits. I  actually bought that grey warm up suit a while back because he posted it. Granted, a well-dressed bodybuilder is a little different from a well-dressed fitness model.

Get less attention from regular people when you wear oversized shirts. Lifting questions from people who arent serious get old fast. And I was never above 190 8-9% at 5'9. I can only imagine it being worse when you are legit big.

Look at all his fag toiletries in front of the mirror, what does a man need all that shit for?

I think the differences in grooming standards partially explains the differences between how Korean and Western bodybuilders present themselves.

I was actually trying to be supergay with that series of posts and am somewhat disappointed that it took 3 hours for someone to even allude to it. I debated whether  to say "fitspo" or "fitspiration". But, yeah, Pet Shop Boys is the gayest.

A few more well-dressed bodybuilders. I stopped following him because he doesn't really post outfit selfies anymore, but I really like his style. He works in a cas/white collar environment thought he really pulled off the look

This guy is more fitness model type, but he wears a lot of great stuff that a muscular guy can look good in. Unfortunately, he only tags the stuff that he is paid to endorse and it's usually the stuff I don't like. I have legit been looking for that American flag sweater for more than a year. The tattoos are hideous, but he did inspire me to start investing in designer belts. I have that Hermes belt in red and people always comment when I wear it.
