aesthetics for the motherfucking win  8) 8) 8)

fyi, he got quite a bit bigger after 2000 (most likely with the addition of slin/gh) and lost a bit of his beautiful lines  :'(

benfatto

labrada has damn good aesthetics and so did paul-jean guilliume

but imho his quads were just a tad too big for his upper body and it threw off his aesthetics just a bit, it was the exact same situation for bob paris ie. quads overpowered his upper body

yep, his quads and bis were his best bodyparts and he had a damn good chest too

what do you think about benfatto?

the dude had absolutely everything in ideal proportions, every-fucking-thing matched just beautifully  :P

and on top of it all he had extremely narrow hips and a tiny little waist, these 2 things are an absolute requirement for aesthetical beauty, and next on the list would be tiny, tiny joints and lastly squared shoulders set straight across, no slopped down shoulders  :-X

benfatto had incredible look shape,flow,balance ...pre 1990 mr o as amateur he was bigger he got more ripped 175/180 for those yrs 90-mid 90's then he got big as ever later 90's into 2000's comeback.

yep, and that was a HUGE MISTAKE as he lost his flow...

i think you know that i think about myself in this situation as i am as you say djEGO ;D ;D ;D

and yep, i tell myself watch that you don't lose your lines/aesthetics but truth be told i could most likely go up into light-heavyweight category before having to worry about that (although i'm convinced light-heavy would be my MAX), right now i'm basically just a middleweight ie. 'round 80 kg not 90 kg

Putting aside that I think he's a turd person, Phil looks absolutely dreadful in this shot. And despite the cliche it has become, I'll say it again. The man's narrowness is truly unreal. I mean, look at how his poor bird chest is crushed somewhere in there.

Bloofy, unproportioned and narrow as fuck. That's our "gift".
