I would never say something so stupid as that.

However, I do make around 2 pizzas a week or so these days.

I have been experimenting with Molasses and Honey Cold Ferment and a 3 minute bake.

Better than anything you can buy certainly.

Look at Wiggs (and everybody else on a "diet" for that matter), then look at TA.  End of thread.

I myself have also leaned up using the calorie deficit approach, no sacrificed strength or muscle either. No, I don't have before and after pics, I did it to be lean IRL, not for internet pictures. I've done keto before without tracking calories and it just doesn't work, you can't train intensely without adequate carbs.

C = 50.27"

50.27" / 8 slices = 6.28"

Total length of crust on that slice of pizza = 6.28".

Adonis appears to be at least 3 pizza crusts wide in this picture.   :-\

lol this is true second part....still mirror for the most part'if your in shape'will give you some indication,,thats why everyone has a favorite mirroe'light in the gym..

What do you mean.  Usually most are using Escalon 6in1 Tomatoes, Bianca Dinapoli, Cento San Marzano, Jersey Fresh, Stainslaus or something similar.  Most also use Grande cheese and doughs are nothing but Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, maybe some sugar or honey or molasses, maybe some Malt Powder for browning, but thats about it.

What are you confused about exactly?

No, they are all diet strategies, just like 'reducing calories below maintenance' is a diet strategy.  An application of a fictional model that loosely corresponds to reality.  For most people, if it helps then achieve their goals it's a 'true, proven' model.  'calories in, calories out' might be the only model you need to achieve your goals, but that doesn't 'prove' anything.
