I myself have also leaned up using the calorie deficit approach, no sacrificed strength or muscle either. No, I don't have before and after pics, I did it to be lean IRL, not for internet pictures. I've done keto before without tracking calories and it just doesn't work, you can't train intensely without adequate carbs.
