mr white that makes sense i could not imagine eating 4k a day in claories, man i wouldnt be able to move

i read hugh jackman said the real reason he does not want to play wolverine anymore is he cannot stand eating that much when geting

ready for wolverine roles.  said he hates eating that much.

also mr white do you think the pros today hate it that they have to go to  the middle east and screw smelly arabs to get money to pay for there

drugs, i bet big ramy cant even sit down half the time after those smelly arab schmoes are done with him

I don't know what Jackman claimed as his diet but I'm sure the calories were real low. But many of those trainers believe on things like dry chicken and asparagus so the volume is huge, lots of chewing.

Greg Pappas from Boston. He's has always been a PT and regularly works with MMA fighters like Joe Lauzon.

I think he was 23 here.

Hmm? Interesting. I can't place that name. Oh well, I'm older than most trees.

Tommy, in the video Romano said Alzado died of mad cow disease from Crescormon and no way was Alzado gay, that he didn't die from a gay related disease. Palumbo said he heard from gays in Venice that Alzado was gay but Romano said it was BS. What do you think?

Well...  it was a well circulated rumor, told and retold by fairly well known (in those circles) gay bodybuilders, that he was HIV positive.

I will say that visually, all his symptoms appeared to be HIV related.

Dude LOVED to party and use PED's and recreational drugs.

If I had to bet $20... I would bet he was HIV positive and died from complications from AIDS.

For some reason, Mr Romano reminds me of Cecil the Looney Tunes Turtle...

Romano can be so fucking annoying and pretentious at times. Usually I don't really mind him all that much but good lord I couldn't take him anymore by the end of this video.

Just a couple of old timers lamenting on how their era was better AND they did it on less drugs. Which I call absolute bullshit on as well ::) ::)

Was the information about Beyeke and Rockel being type 2 diabetics public knowledge?  Anyone aware of any more in this position?

Back in the olden days all we worried about like this was becoming dependent on thyroid meds...

Ha I'm with you on the tree thing. :D  He won the Mr MA but was not huge on the national scene. No social media back then so not a lot of pics floating around.

He had huge quads and was thick from heavy compound movements.

More to the point who was the pro in question, I was in venice during the same time, I have it as Flex, he was top 5, him and Romano were buddies, Chris and Paul didn't have the same level of income and were well known for not paying the main man who took care of everyone, so much so Dillet got cut off one year and just from that source being cut off his placings dropped the following year and it wasn't politics, cheaper chinese growth had him water logged and the usual last few days prep didn't work as well.

Keep in mind there was no internet and guys worked full time jobs or went to school. They ate eggs, oatmeal, wheat bread, ground beef/burgers, skim milk, chicken, tuna, lots of peanut butter, canned veggies and streaks if they could afford them. Keep in mind many workplaces did not have refrigerators so guys often brought cans of tuna and regular turkey/cheese sandwiches. As contests neared they switched mainly to tuna mixed with mustard and chicken breasts.  This was a long time ago so this is what I remember.

Gear was the usual suspects;  Deca (very popular), d bol, winstrol tabs, anavar, Eq, test and primo. As a contest neared they might cut deca and run just primo, winstrol and anavar. It was all pharma grade and as Wes can attest to the Dbol was awesome and eq was straight from the vet. :D

Lee claimed Paul only use 2cc of winstrol twice weekly. How could Paul not afford that?

So there is no need to go higher that 4 IU pharma GH? That will save me some buck. :)

As long as it's pharma grade, I can believe it.  Chinese stuff I wouldn't know what to guess.

It also depends on age. The older you are the less your body produces.

I just remember the guys/girls competing back in the 80's to 90's that I saw around and chatted/hung out with were essentially living on tuna, chicken breast and salad the last month or 2 before they would compete and were as energetic as a sloth and about as weak as a newborn kitten by that point. They really did suffer to get in shape back then, not sure about now. Personally I liked the look of male/female bodybuilders pre 1991 the most(50's to 1991 in various forms), but have to admit I was impressed by the physiques of the 90's although it seems that was the start of the era where health really took a major turn for the worse from that point.

I mean look at the national/us champs from through the 90's and the health stuff that has happened in comparison to the guys from the 60's to the early 90's.
