I know there's a thread on it somewhere, but I've never watched this show until today. I watched the first two episodes and can't believe I haven't found this before. I didn't want to post in one of the other threads as I didn't want to get any spoilers but if you haven't watched it, you should.

Meh, its okay. It has its slow points. Some seasons are obviously better than others. But it got boring fast for me. I mean, after the 67th zombie kill, it just lost its appeal.

Season 1 is great.  A couple seasons are not as good, but it gets itself back to form in the later ones.

Pretty violent episode the other night on the season premier.
Here's where 240 is missed, he always had good input on the show...

The makeup was pretty cool, Glenn looked just like this, eye popping out, head sunken in, etc...

You missed the point, the real danger is the other humans, not the zombies.

Season premier was brutal, great tension, what twd used to do well. Glad they didn't chicken out and followed the comic. Fox in the UK censored it apparently , what a load of bullshit, glad I watched online

I think at the end of season 6 they hadnt decided who or how many would die. I don't read the comics just hear about certain bits but it seems they are pretty screwed right now, neegan seems to have them over a barrel

Wait until the financial system collapses.  The zombies won't be dead, they'll be raving... out of their minds... killing people for a drop of clean water and a morsel of food.  Think of how people act on Black Friday or when they have road rage... times that by a factor of 100.

Yes, there are many things that can happen in society as we know it that can turn a somewhat normal person to a raving lunatic / zombie.
