Ok I only gained 1" on my arms in 8 years lol, nothing special but a good enough physique for me and easy to maintain without even trying very hard. May this be reposted for another 10 years to come. I'm not dumb enough to post my face on here but I will post pics. I'm an inch taller and a bit heavier than Method but we are actually quite comparable at the moment, both natural etc.
