The original plan was to get back into shape by August, but that in itself was not contingent on me staying or leaving. I was banned for 6 months because the mods took my post as an "I'm leaving situation". So, they made me stick to the August 6th timeline.

As for me being in shape? Nah, I still look the same. Being banned sapped my motivation to train, but then again, getting into shape shouldn't be about proving people wrong on a website. I'll get there eventually.

In hindsight, the mods did the right thing by banning me. I ran my mouth and they forced me to stick to my terms.

I am glad you brought that up. No, I will continue to post on MD. It is a great website. Not too many places where you can shoot the shit with  Ex/current Pros like Shawn Ray, Bob Chick, Evan Centopani, Dallas McCarver, and ShawnCarla. Not to mention industry insiders like Peter McGough, Ron Harris, Aaron Singerman etc.... The King even bows to the Mayor of Bodybuilding over there 

I have seen grizzled Getbig vets there as well including Bigmikecox, Ronnie Rep, Vince Goodrum, Mike Arvilla etc....

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at MD. They have treated me with respect.
