Thats true and this era pushed in much more heavy GH and insulin usage

Ex. Look at Phil's physique in the early mid 2000's compared to now, he had much more definition and striations early on and after turning pro became just a bloofy physique

Good lord, Ronnie used more Humatrope than any human ever has.  Ronnie trained like an animal, huge deadlift, rows, etc.these guys today train like girls in comparison.

That's true but in the 90's GH and insulin usage for sure but the the 2000's the dosages got pushed even higher, doesn't take a genius to figure that out, a long with the overeating

Ronnie didn't start pushing the heavy GH/insulin usage until his 2003/2004 form when he made the most improvements

What he try to describe is pulling chins, where you use your lats and biceps, but who does that? If you are training your lats, why exhaust your biceps? Wide grip helps you to concentrate all the work to the lats + what you just said. Jerking enormous weight like Warren is good if you are just petting your ego, but what Warrens  back look like? Just like piece of shit, high lats, bad symmetry, thick as fuck and stiff as boner. These people should learn that their way to do these exercises will be easy to see in their appearance. They should know that there isn't high lats and low lats, only people who are training wisely and dorks who doesn't.  ;D

one more question-if elbows are not down and forward how do u prevent anterior glide of your shoulder?
