What he try to describe is pulling chins, where you use your lats and biceps, but who does that? If you are training your lats, why exhaust your biceps? Wide grip helps you to concentrate all the work to the lats + what you just said. Jerking enormous weight like Warren is good if you are just petting your ego, but what Warrens back look like? Just like piece of shit, high lats, bad symmetry, thick as fuck and stiff as boner. These people should learn that their way to do these exercises will be easy to see in their appearance. They should know that there isn't high lats and low lats, only people who are training wisely and dorks who doesn't.
