Good vids man! you have a solid build for the amount of time you have been training. once you can hit 12 reps on 315 you will have 405 easy.
i'd bet that if you changed your form up a little on deadlifts you could pull alot more. get your ass down and drive with your legs first, THEN thrust your hips forward like you do already.
for your bench max try 225x15, 275x3, 335x2, 365x1, then try 405. you are wasting alot of energy with all those reps. just warm up good and do a few assimilation sets before you max. only do this for a max day, your regular training looks great. you do alot of volume but it's obviously working.
Keep up the good work, do alot of front squats to bring those legs up. calves are mainly genetic, i got lucky on that one. my calves are bigger than my upper arms...lol...my dad is the same way.
Great build and strength! those dips are nuts, i've never seen anyone dip more than 3 plates...
