The funny thing of it all is, the best thing for minorities and immigrants ARE STRICT immigration laws.  This entitles them to come over legally, earn a living, not have to be paid extremely low wages under the table, guarantees worker rights, also allows for small and large businesses to hire without fear of hiring someone who forged paperwork.

It doesn't mean that every black person who has committed a crime is a democratic voter.  Those are two different things.  It also doesn't mean blacks are the largest voting block within the party.
