Update for those interested: nine weeks after accident and operation.

Stretching up the quad tendon 10x30 seconds, 3 times a day. Started with 20 degrees after the extension plaster, now it's about 110 degrees. Stretches are painful and should be, gotta reach full ROM at 140 degrees in another 3 weeks or so. Physical therapy 2-3 times a week, dude's a torturer...

Knee still thick and red and hurt every night.
No active quad exercises yet, only walking.

Training my good leg with leg presses. Still lost size in that one too because of 6 weeks of immobillity.

Have been doing pulldowns for back only, now added some db rows cause I can finally get the knee at 90 degrees on the bench. Standing calves carefully, high reps. Military's, upright rows. All very carefully.
Slowly adding exercises that tax the legs a bit.
