lookin good bast. perfect example of how you actually look bigger when your bodyfat is lower. i seriously need to diet down at least once to see the results....but ice cream is a weakness, lol. what kind of diet do you follow when you cut up? Keep us updated bro.
Well last year I cut my calories too much, it worked but I lost strength. This time I'm gonna keep my calories over 2000 the entire time and rely on cardio to put me in a caloric deficit. My metabolism is fast so I won't need to do a lot of cardio. It's not gonna be tough at all. I think I can gain strength while getting learner at the beginning at least. I'm probably gonna lose 12-15lbs then increase my carbs after I get my body fat as low as I want and that will get my weight back up 5lbs or so. (and hopefully I can add a little muscle in the process since my diet is not gonna be restrictive).
My diet is gonna be like this: 30% protein, 50% carbs, 20% fat. I don't believe you need really high protein. I'm just gonna keep track by estimating.
As for the ice cream. You should try the low fat with artificial sugar ice cream. You can have a serving of that, only 90 calories. (Actually I was eating that every now and then during last summer's diet
