Clinton would need to lose 6 of the following 7 for Trump to win: Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Nevada, Florida, Ohio, Iowa  and North Carolina, 5 if the two she kept were the small ones.  She may lose one or two, but she's not going to lose 5 or 6 of them.

In a close race the winner is the one with the better ground game on election day.  Who better Gets Out The Vote.  Hillary is pumping money into local GOTV organization in every battleground state.  Trump has no ground org at the moment.

I'm all for the polls showing it is a close race.  Keeps our side motivated and makes them more likely to vote, which will help us retake the Senate and do well in the House.

According to Open Secrets, RNC contributions are at their lowest point since before 2004:

Virtually every category of receipts shows a decline this year. Contributions from individuals where the amount given is less than $200 (the “unitemized” category) is less than half what it was in July of 2004, 2008 and 2012. There is a similar decline in direct contributions of larger amounts where specific information about the donor is included in the report. These itemized contributions total much less than July 2004 and 2008 and are even smaller than July 2012 when joint fundraising became much more important.

These joint fundraising efforts where the presidential campaign works together with the national party and state parties around the country are increasingly important, and the RNC total from those efforts also lags in July compared with 2012 and 2008. The Trump campaign has talked about huge joint fundraising successes, but neither the campaign nor the RNC has received all that much from this process so far comparatively.

People often look at cash balances and the end of the month to get a feel for how a committee is positioned for future spending. Here too, the RNC on July 31 was strikingly short of its own status on the same date in past campaigns. At a time when $70 to $90 million is the norm, the RNC finds itself with only $34.5 million in the bank.

He is probably just making sure the whole nation will follow him so that he can make his news network the most lucrative news network on the planet, then high five hillary for the good show they put up

He can be a hated president in a torn nation for 4 years.  He'll get a few things done, but presidents are usually hated and the shit he wants to do will be very difficult.   In 4 years, he'll be 74, fat, tired, and there will likely be no wall, just chunks of one.  He'll be an average president at best.

He can establish a monster news network, rivaling fox and cnn.  Make a billion dollars.  Make his kids a huge part of it, running it.  All these suckups like Christie and Rudy can have their own shows.  Grab all those FOX viewers that hate the lies of mainstream news, left and right.  Probably even hire Megyn Kelly lol.   His legacy, his reach, his impact, already dwarfs that of Limbaugh, the industry standard for talk radio.

people will never do shit about anything.   they're too comfy now.   people are just to happy with smart phones and social media feels reinforcement.   they like to feel they have an opinion that matters, but we're all comfy and happy and trump/hilary won't be that much different as president. 

and IMHO, things aren't terrible right now.  I'd like to know what year trump wants to return to when things were "great" cause pick any decade, we can point out some very not great things about it.  2016 is great.  2016 is fcking awesome.
