Lol

So are you saying Kevin is still going to save the Olympia?

He already did save the Olympia with the publicity and interest has he generated...

Idiot if you want to focus on your quads on the leg press there is no reason to go all the way down because then the hamstrings comes into play also going to far down on the leg press with heavy weight is not good for the lower back.
That range of motion is so ridiculous,I would be ashamed to be seen legpressing like that.

Heath doesn't look big also so Levrone is probably the same size at least.

This.  Probably ripped at 229 wondering where his legs went.   Father Time is undefeated.  Announcing phantom injury any day now?

The leg press is the equivalent of doing a deep squat as you stand BENT OVER at the waist. Think about that for a minute. Going heavy and deep on that movement is begging for a spinal disaster. A short range of movement is actually smart- and you should never go deep. Unless your role model is a 55 year old Ronnie Coleman.

That is total bullshit.

Leg press is not like that lol.

You should go down at least to a 90 degree angle, and this will be perfectly all right for the spine.

Also,Ronnie's famous monster leg press was ridiculous ROM also, maybe slightly better than Levrone's.  Not one proper rep was done.

Was expecting to see him look huge in his sweatshirt hoodie, but his arms really aren't filling out those sleeves and his neck still looks pretty thin compared to how he used to look. In the video he's leg pressing a shitload of weight (1080 pounds of weight with no effort) but when you watch the video, his legs looks thin as fuck in those pants. He's nowhere near 250 today. Maybe 235 at best imo. I'll say it again, he looked so much larger in February/March than he does now.

Ronnies legs were built with free weight squats his whole career , levrone admitted he stopped free weight squatting later in his career

The higher you place your feet, the more hamstring/glute activity there is.  1/4 rep leg presses don't do much for quad development either.

This gimmick is getting long in the tooth.

He is actually right I use to go deep on leg press with heavy weight and I got back issues from it, once I stop going deep it went away.

Let's see their physiques period! The most negative getbiggers on here don't even lift. Why are they even here? Go to bodybuilding.com

No, I'm saying you can't read.

Hint: saying he looks better than he did in February is not saying he will win the Olympia.

Sorry dude I thought the lol made it clear that I was in agreement with you.  Fanimal is pumped for this come back, understandably so, and has said numerous times big kevin is saving the O.

The question was rhetorical. Reading is fundamental.

So did your legs.

Or you the jackass of getbig whats wrong with you, when you start leg pressing the first part of the movement the quads comes into play as you go deeper the glutes and hamstrings gets more work and if you go even deeper the stress goes to the lower back so if you want to focus on the quads you dont need to go deep.

I know a lot of people who cannot throw a football 40 yards, who are shitting on Colin kapernick.

I know a lot of people who have never been elected Senator who hate all over hilary clinton.

Good point. I remember reading they were going to cancel the show until Kev made the announcement. This must be why no one is streaming the show for free this year, with all the interest being generated promoters want to milk every dollar with the big pay per view numbers......

What are you talking about? What evidence do you offer to back up your claims? Who's tracking the interest numbers?

We talk about the Olympia because this is a bodybuilding site, we get pumped every year around this time because of the contest because we're fans, the same is true every February because of the ASC. Levrone hasn't saved  anything  the "sport" has survived the last ten years without him. Get it together.
