Not 20lbs bro but at least 5lbs for him in 14 days is doable.  Don't ask me how but for him it is.  I can see Kevin coming in at 245lbs razor sharp and placing in the Top 6.  If he does that, he should come back again next year at 252lbs and take a Top 3 spot if not higher.

what does an easy 405 for 8 equate to?

Well, he used to do 405 for 12 to 15 reps and 455 for easy 6 both on flat and incline  ;D
