I didn't ever say he was 335 in Finland. He was 298 at the Mr. O in 1992 and 318-320 at the Mr. O in 1993. OFFSEASON in 1992 he was 315-323 and in 1993 he was just under 340 in the offseason.

Chris Aceto said that he saw Lou about 4-5 weeks out from the 1992 Olympia. Weighed something like 330LB. Zero gut. Zero bloat. Chiseled. If the show was that day, Lou would've won.

But Lou proceeded to over-diet and overtrain, and he lost a ton of fullness and roundness. Finished out of the top 10 at the show.

Ironically, despite winning in 92, Yates said that he over dieted too.

This. His forearm alone , looked like if they were 20 inches, imagine walking around looking that big and that ripped. Would have made the greatest version of the Hulk in movies. I mean he is the best Hulk. But in the 90s he was HUGE Beyond Incredible Hulk standards. Lol
