Bumstead is good overall but his biceps are terrible, not much he can do about it
Proportionally he got the same biceps size as Ronnie....

SEMPER Fi, J.!

Great to see another JarHead on this site.

I don't know when and how long you served but I've got a lot of medals to be proud of but ..... my  proudest day in the Corps was the day I was officially adopted by the US Army 101st Airborne.

And I also gotta admit that it was my 'funnest' couple of days within a combat environment.

Yea, "Bulky Blunders" was a polite term used back then for those who lifted heavy things and won those beach city bodybuilding titles but
could not meet the requirement of any standardized physical fitness test.

But in the majority of times that term was used respectfully and was nothing like the shit that goes on today if you happen to look better than those guys who use their fingers to say something incognito.

Good meeting ya, J.

PS ....Do they still serve SOS (Shit on a Shingle)?

SLIK, Great to hear that you worked at Manion's.

I am west coast kind of guy and never did get a chance to see his gym but I have known the entire family for a good number of years now and I do think highly of each of them.

Jim's job is a damn hard job and it's impossible to keep everyone happy but in my opinion he's dong a hell of a great job on behalf of both the NPC and the IFBB.

NPC/FBB membership has grown one-billion percent (gross exaggeration) since he took over the IFBB .... which growth apparently was never considered by Mr Weider while his was in control.

The only problem I have with the growth of the IFBB  is that there are so many pros now-a-days that it's impossible  for me to recall 90% of them.

It must be one hell of a task just keeping that roster current.
