I rather think was one of the very few that kept his voice as he was aging....compare him to DL Roth or even Dickinson, and both are younger than RJD was..

As far as holding on to their voice, no one is even close to Rodgers.

His Accident of Birth Album was also really good, but yeah, today, his voice is just older and run down, it's not his fault, dude is gotta be pushing 60 by now.
