When I first heard Number of the Beast, I was a youngster and was absolutely blown away by Bruce... From then until probably Fear of the Dark, I thought he was just the best thing I had ever heard.

His Accident of Birth Album was also really good, but yeah, today, his voice is just older and run down, it's not his fault, dude is gotta be pushing 60 by now.

Age gets us all.

I don't think I could choose between Number of the Beast and Piece of Mind but the production of Piece of Mind is just awesome. every instrument sounds great.

Totally understand.

I have every Album Maiden ever released and for me, It would be tough to choose between almost anything between Number of the Beast and Fear of the Dark, (Except for No Prayer for the Dying)

I really did not like that album.

The Live After Death IS the greatest live album I've ever heard in my life though.

Saw them live this year and Bruce still sounds incredible, especially considering his age and the fact that his adventure with cancer a few months ago.
Live After Death is indeed the best live album ever.

Charlie Watts - drums

Brian Jones - on whatever instrument he wanted to play that day!
