TheAbdominalSnowman: Man you are killing it. BIG MIKE at the nationals would have killed today! Insane physique! Forgot about that. Colitis got him. Almost died. But man, his physique was power! A good analogy would be to book end Flex and Mike F. That did actually come to fruition on Mikes first Pro show. NOC I believe.? Beating Flex, and Munzer-Clairemont!!!!!

Hey Mike F had one of the most impressive physique's of all time. Too bad about the colitis. Absolute sick build...

And I must add, Big Mike F. No Synthol, just top to bottom hard earned muscle! Calves to traps. He trained at my gym in San Diego one day... Man you see density in person that does not lend itself to pictures. He was insane! Density, with no oil! Well I think it was before Synthol was all the rage. In person, you could not believe him! Amazing functional muscle. His squats and dead lifts were a sight to be seen.

And before anyone goes blaming Mikes Colitis on roids. Study up! It is usually a genetic trait. Or due to stress!

Mike was 275 pounds at that guest posing at 5'10". Dude's calves and biceps were both 22", even though they have said to have been as high as 24" as well.
