i have no clue what happened in the charlotte shooting - but why does the dept wait 2 days of riots to release the dashcam? 

if people are rioting over witness claims - and the cops aren't crushing skulls to protect local busienss - and there's a video showing an armed bad guy - then why keep it hidden?

Don't give us that "investigation underway" - they leak that shit in 2 minutes if it clears a cop and helps them.  Letting people riot, not stopping them, while sitting on the video?  Looks bad.  Dude is dead, its' not like it'll affect a trial with a jury pool.

seeing that now - weird they don't crack skulls, they let businesses get trashed.  We've seen police shooting videos released very quickly in the past.  Same as in other places, they sit on the video when it may help their case.
