Sorry, but how the FUCK did he beat Casey Viator, Tom Platz, Bertil Fox, Albert Beckles, Mohamed Makkawy, Frank Zane and Samir Bannout? All of those guys were better than him. Dude should have finished dead last (16th place like Kevin Levrone). He looked way better in 1980/1981 btw (for him).

he retired after that moved to arizona and opened a personal training business.

casey pretty much dropped out of the scene after that. btw arnold s, always had good things to say about casey in his books. i talked to casey a few times as well

Yes I saw that but my big question was why he won in 82 and didn't compete in 83 to defend the title.
