These "a calorie is a calorie"-trolls should be forced to only eat donuts for a month or two.
Maybe they will notice the difference...

Super heavy leg workout and make them recuperate with donuts and Pepsi

On juice maybe not that much.

I dieted like a Spartan earlier in the year, I eat what I like now, compared to how I look all that dieting strict didn't justify the difference.
