I joined there maybe 08-09. I'm still a member but haven't been on in months. It's gone the way of every other forum...everyone's a pro making guru trainer. Typical broscience.
  I HAVE to come on here regularly, just to read the threads if anything at all lol...

Muscle Mayhem was fun for a few minutes, but once I came over to GetBig on a fulltime basis (circa 2003), I knew this was the only place worth calling home.  ;)
