Just look at who in the world has the highest numbers in obesity and heart disease and what they are eating =USA.... Asians historically eat super high carb, low fat, low protein, low in sugar and processed foods, and look at their rates of obesity and heart disease...and look at their body types most are very lean and slender. However, now that the western food franchises such as McDonalds have made their way across the globe, the body types of these  Asians are beginning to change.

Asians are at a high risk of Diabetes...Have been for decades...When you have diabetes, you're at a higher rate of heart disease.

What you have there is good except for the bacon and the  cornflakes get rid of those and you will be ok.

Haha! Yes, this was a cheat meal, and I'm American, and come from a country that has the highest rate of obesity and heart disease, which even more proves my point, you would never see someone in Asia eat this for breakfast.

Oh Really?
I remeber you saying you ate that every day and kept lean..
So I thought this would be a funny post. .this is my daily breakfast and every morning I get all kinds of crazy reactions regarding the amount of food im taking down from my coworkers. .the most common question I get is "aren't eating all those eggs bad for you? " So I was wondering if you guys have any similar experiences in your work place regarding your body building lifestyle lol?

Asians average life span is 73 for male and 79 for female. Same as America...Not eating large amounts of meat hasn't made them live longer. Why is that?

If you really want to eat it this would be your best choice.

I definitely eat the egg whites, oats, and banana, everyday..still do, the pancakes and bacon is something I'll add in every once in a while, and just because i have abs once again doesn't mean I'm healthy.

I will have the last laugh because of my organic diet and herbs I got a clean bill of health from the doctor even though I am on high amounts of roids and I can say for sure that this is because of my diet because when I use to juice plus eat crap back in the day my bloodwork was not good.

Haha, lied about what? that was my breakfast, I still eat that meal quite often, I'm a ectomorph, my genetics are that I am small and lean, so I have to eat a lot just to keep the little size I do have, different people have different genetics, thats life, some people have a hard time getting lean, some people have a hard time putting on size (me)...

you claimed you ate it every day, never mind, if people care they will read the thread.

Ecto endo meso...zero difference, metabolisms are pretty much the same, skinny people dont eat much and fat people do.

The point is there are loads of carbs in there and you are here banging on about how bad carbs are for people.

Well, I don't eat much carbs, just high fat and protein, and plenty of it. I'm not obese and I don't have heart disease.

Several years ago, I had to get a very complete physical. Had every kind of test and blood tests, everything. It included me writing up what I ate. Spent all day at the hospital. Next day I get a call. We need to do some tests over. So back to the hospital, on the treadmill running like mad, heart sonogram, the works. Get a call next day again. Seems the head of cardiology was overseeing the young doctor, who did the original testing, wigged out when he compared my heart results with the diet that I reported, and thought the young doctor fucked up the tests, because my heart was perfect, not the slightest blockage! Still I was warned to change my diet or it would catch up with me, LOL!

I'm dumb and have no idea how to multiquote but go4it posted this on the previous page "Dude its a no brainer, carbs do not cause obesity". He posted that they do not. I think you may be misunderstanding what he is saying.

I never said fat causes heart disease, its the combination of saturated fats, with highly processed carbs/sugar that will cause obesity and heart disease.

My grandad ate cakes and biscuits for breakfast every morning, lived to 87

Some people get high cholesterol regardless of how they eat.

No, again. It is without a doubt caused by High Homocysteine Levels, from eating carbs. Really, look it up!

generally obesity, bad diets, drugs, smoking, and unhealthy sedintary living...

correlation does not mean causation. This is a common denominator and misstake that unintelligent people make. The correlation in some of these "studies" are flawed in that of vegan diets are compared to people in a group that includes a big group of people with hotdog and pizza "diets".

just about everybody eats meat

you can't say that about drugs or smoking

I have no time for such childish pursuit's, I associate vegans with teenage girls going through a phase or a hippy/tree hugger type that wears sandals..

this is a childish stance people take to avoid the truth

Spoke to a guy i know who has been vegetarian for around a year, his training is on its arse and hes declining rapidly.
Hes eating 8 meals a day to try and take in enough protein.

Seriously, whats wrong with people who want to make life so difficult for themselves.

How is it 'hard' to get enough of any nutrient?

It's not like you can't walk into any grocery store and buy a bag of soy meats with macros identical to chicken, beef, fish...
