I can honestly say I was 100% lifetime natural in this pic. I couldnt even afford a multi-vitamin, let alone protien powder.
Also I dont think much gear ever made it up to Bumfu*k Idaho. At least I didnt get any of it.
You guys would be incredibly surprised by what I ate to get into this condition.
Try 15 egg whites/2 cups of rice 6 times per day for 12 weeks, and running 3 miles per day outdoors.
What can I say, I didnt know better but damn did I get pretty lean. Started the diet at 225 and went down to 198
