How does one get mentally ripped, not lean, I know how to do that, but shredded, mentally?

Thanks

In my opinion to get mentally ripped you must treat the brain as if it was your body trying to get ripped. Nothing changes for the brain from the body in getting ripped, they are essentially on the same wavelength. Sunken in cheeks means sunken in brain, it all operates in unison.

In my opinion they are not mentally ill for the most part. There are just some, as there are in other areas, that push their beliefs too hard on others. If one is a theist I firmly believe there is no reason to start talking about their beliefs to others unless they are questioned about said beliefs. Its very tacky and kind of stomach turning to talk about God and religion when not asked about it.

I dont believe in a per say "God", but rather some kind of higher power than influences certain moments. Religion is too extreme, causes too many hassles

Confront me Limmerick

Your desires to have intercourse with your mother and dreams about it has led you to posting pics of large bottom girls. It can be common for boys/men to have the mother fantasy. Clearly this is your issue, however you will not admit it openly on a forum, which is fine

Thank heavens we have an expert in our midst! Apropos of your informed answer above, the theory of mind-body dualism has been around ever since Heraclitus developed the contraries of the immaterial mind (nous) and material nature (phusis), to which the body belongs. However, by your lights, one must treat the mind (or 'brain,' as you put it) the same as the body: i.e., a ripped body is the reflection of a ripped mind and vice versa. How clever!
My only concern about your instructive theory is that agency is usually thought to reside in the mental powers which act one-directionally on the sensuous body (e.g., the body does what the mind commands – a disciplined mind is displayed in its correlate body). So, your claim explicitly treats both mind and body as ostensibly reciprocal (the one points back to the other).
Subsequently, do you see the danger of a holistic Gestalt leading to a recursive loop? A trifle response for one such as you, I know. But, please, tell us.

Oh, yes, welcome to GB, bushwaiter! I hope to learn much.

My lord! You are the real deal. While displaying the humility that can only be possessed by true expertise, you have, with refreshing economy, put my concerns to rest.

I am grateful. Thank you, sir.

In your expert opinion, which GBrs show clear signs of severe mental illness?  Are there any members we should absolutely be afraid of or at the very least cautious of engaging?

It's an honor to have you here!   :D

There is this supposedly omnipresent and self evident god, yet he only revealed and educated a few, leaving the burden on these people to spread the word about him. What a bizarre scenario. This is exactly what you'd expect from something made up.

Is it true the majority of psychiatrists and psychologists are severely mentally ill?
