-27 years old

-Live at home (cultural reasons)
-No degree (finishing it this year)

You need to get your own place and move out of your parents home.  Obviously you live there because you can save up money easily when you don't pay rent.  Best to do it immediately as you're wasting the best times of your life.  Once you get around my age, those days of going out will long me over with

I agree with Vince man at 27 i was having some of the best times of my life. I lived in a big house with two good friends in a little college town.
