It's REALLY clear from that video that he was forcibly imprisoning her. IMO probably cos he was hoping to have another go at her later in bed.

The questions they came back to the judge with were retarded.
Based on the audio, all he did was put a crazed bitch who assaulted him repetitively out on a balcony. Far more restrained than a lot of us would have been listening to her shit.
The judge seems almost directing them to the fact hes not guilty, but the deadshits keeping asking irrelevant questions

If you listen to the audio, he imprisons her inside against her will. Plus listen to the tone of his voice - sort of psycho creepy quality in it...
