We have a fitness guru here that preaches gaining muscle so you can lose fat. Now, I was under the impression that you couldn't gain muscle while in a calorie deficit. He keeps preaching to start with a great breakfast: Eggs, veggies, fruit and cheese sprinkled on top.
Here's my take: People that say they can't get moving without breakfast are crybabies. If you want to lose weight you need to reduce. Of course you're not going to feel good because your body has to move a ton of mass without the fuel it normally gets.
When people ask me how I lose weight and I tell them the first thing out of their mouths is, "Oh thats not healthy" and I ask them why? I usually diet eating about 12 whole eggs a day. I do this at night, spend the entire day without eating. It works for me. I haven't dropped dead yet.
These fatties don't want to feel hungry...thats impossible. I tell these people to drink coffee and diet soda along with plenty of water. They also say drinking soda is bad for you. I return with "being overweight is more unhealthy" then they walk off.
These people that peddle eating 6-8 meals a day, hogwash. What you end of doing is thinking about food non-stop. Bringing coolers around looking like a douche bag.
Its not hard...if you want to lose weight, get moving and reduce your food intake.
