I said they are "a great method".  I didn't say they are the "only method".
Are you willing to apply that to your religious beliefs?

Do not put words in my mouth, nor bait me, so you can have a canned answer.

In my opinion, your religious beliefs mean jack shit in regards to your health.

You will die when you die. Having a positive attitude in life has never stopped a bullet, or a disease from doing it's job.

I do not believe in organized religion, but I do hold some stock in prayer. Every morning that you awake, just give a simple thanks to the universe.

Your life is equivalent to a Powerball number. Accept it.

What about heart supplements if you are on gear. Antioxidants etc to protect health. I take:

Vitc (antioxidant lowers cortisol)
Quality omega fish oil supplement (heart health)
Citrus bergamot (lowers cholesterol)
Vit k2 (anti oxidant)
Vit e (heart Health)

All of these supplements have kept my bp in range cholesterol in range during cycle.

So was that or wasn't that your question?

It's not that simple, Folate for example is essential  to make one of your nucleotides in your DNA, thiamine. You need folate to make new DNA for new cells that you make in your body every day. If you don’t have folate it can cause breaks in your DNA and mutations, which leads to cancer eventually. Someone who already has cancer shouldn’t take a lot of folate because it breeds more cancer cells, since it helps them to divide.

I'm just relating to you what he said. He's been a doctor for 26 years. Am I going to listen to you...or him?
