Some decent mass but this is the definition of a "thrown together" physique, and on top of that he has terrible structure, asymmetry, and what looks like multiple muscle tears. Both of his quads look torn to shit.

This guy is very close friends with Steve (head judge) Weinberger.

Kevin English got a handful of gifted 1st place finishes, thanks to his relationship with Weinberger. If anyone ever questions politics in bodybuilding the Kevin English "legacy" is a textbook example
