1990 was Dorians first pro show at the NYNOC, some guys were of in that show because they had an a eye on the Olympia later in the year, the guys in shape at the NOC had no intention of competing in the O that year.

So you're saying had they not tested for drugs at the 1990 Mr. Olympia, Dorian (and some others) would have entered the competition? If so, I wonder how Dorian would have placed at the Mr. O in 1990? Sort of like Lee Haney entering the Mr. O in 1982 or 1983 (where he was much better than the previous year).
