There are two different issues, nutritional value and body composition. The calories in/out rule typically refers to the latter. The whole idea of the calories not mattering came from fat fucks like Jimmy Moore who want to rationalize their pathetic lack of discipline.
I eat a normal western diet, it has no effect on my body composition if I eat chicken and rice all day instead.
only thing is eating chicken and rice doesn't let you eat the same amount of cals.
My body composition changes dependant on how many calories I eat
my food today
2 white toast with cheese and butter
4 oatibix with milk
1 vegetable Kiev and a cheese and pickle sandwich
smoked haddock en route with mashed potatoes with butter
bowl of frosted corn flakes.
I eat like that most days.
Im also 10% bf lean and in shape.
