Running deca (maha) 450mg/wk right now with 30mg/dbol/day and my cock is fine, although my sex drive is a little down.

After 40ish days of dbol I'm switching to prop for 50 days until my 16 weeks of deca is done.  I'm making good gains, I'm eating ok, 120g protein a day.  Sides are staying pretty low, on week 5 now, few pimples, and a little trouble sleeping but that might just be because I'm fucking sore.

Nandrolone is extremely effective at decreasing soreness therefore allowing you to recover faster and hit the weights harder. Is this going to be an instant noticeable effect in the gym? No. it takes time

But once you come off and notice starting getting sore in a muscle for 4-5 days you'll realize how good of a drug it is, and how much harder you should have trained while on it

Btw I've never had deca dick in many cycles. Have had eq dick possibly due to blood pressure

I experienced this with deca as well. I would get bicep cramps from talking on the phone and have to switch hands every 5 minutes. Also throwing a ball such as a baseball would cause bicep cramps
