just had around 30 ounces of mayo with celerey

just dipped a shitload of celery in a shitload of mayo its freakin delicious

never had this much mayo ever and its very tasty experiment


im doing this because my lower back is killing me again its not totally out but close had to lay down every 45 minites at work. otherwise i have infinite energy i started the morning with squats with the dumbell extended as far out from my body as i possibly could parallel to the floor

then about n hour later at work i felt that aching and tightness in my lower back that we all know how that feels

when i get home research some antiinflamatory stuff as we all know ive tried everything but now that im actually working out hard ontop of working im finding im nneeding more n more shit to heal me the more i exercise......

mayonaise is ALA omega 3
fish oil is EPA DHA omega 3


anyways theres no fuckin way im eating fish for fishoil


ive read that omega 3 is a very potent anti inflamatory
my back pain is definitly inflamatory related either from diet or alot of exercise or to little exercise

i hope this new adventure yeilds releif

i pose this question are the omega 3's in mayonaise much different than omega3 in fish oil???


i was suprisingly shocked how tasty celery dipped in mayo is!

Do reverse hypers and get rid of trigger points.
This should raise cotton picking capabilities to lvl 80+.

ive been squating holding a dumbell with my arms stretched out infront of me it really works crazy on my my back its awkward at first but now i love it

maybe i can do good mornings as a replacement for reverse hypers.... ive always hated goodmornings theyve always felt dangeruos for back?

i burn alot of calories everyday so i probably have a huge deficit in ALA omega3

Check out fermented foods if you haven't - sauerkraut, greek yogurt, etc...

Big anti - imflammatory properties.  Turmeric too.

ive never had digestion issues since being vegan sauerkrat is healthy im sure it would be great with those smart dogs vegan hotdogs

I had chronic low back problems, a therapist said it was all in stretching out the hams, not working the low back so much.  So yes reverse hypers, you can do them lying on a high bench with just your leg weight, but I just do regular hyperextensions with bodyweight and i'm not having back problems.  Focus on stretching out those hams at the bottom.  and/or use a rope to stretch your hams one leg at a time while lying on your back.  It all works.

Reverse hypers are a life saver for me, there's a nice Westside reverse hyper at the gym I go to, works wonders.

On the Mayo thing, I guess I had it all wrong, I was spreading it all over my lower back, didnt know it was to be eaten...  :P

It's crazy when you first start this regimen. Ridiculous bloat and then your body adapts. If you can, try the jarred stuff. Different flavor and supposedly better for you.

No exercise can substitute the reverse hyper - especially not good mornings which, like everything else, put the spine under pressure.
Build on yourself - you have property and wood so it shouldn't be hard.
With a huge ball or a stack of mattresses you can make a 3rd world reverse hyper which works ok - better than nothing especially if you need relief from pain and cramps. Even one session can make a difference.

The important part being - your feet going in front of your pelvic region thus stretching the spine and also "relieving SI joint compression". Be careful not to further hurt it by doing the motion to aggressively or having a wrong pivot point for the movement.
