Do a transformation and document it on instragram, make sure you're pushing your social media more and you'll get a decent amount of extra exposure that will be great for your business.  Transformations and ïn progress stuff is gold for instagram/social media.

By all means, dedicate this year to getting into great shape - but don't overdo it.  There is not constructive point to go that extra mile.

You're under the impression that at 54 (I turn 55 in August) that I would be taking a ton of gear. The fact is I can't remember a time in my 42 years of training that I've ever taken even a gram if that. It doesn't take that much despite popular belief.

That pic you look pretty smooth. I would say whatever amount of growth hormone you were taking at that time in the pic...double or triple it.
