I believe prostate cancer has a high survival rate.
caught early, and with many options and wait time before treatment, again late diagnosis and affected tissue/nodes around it could be trouble.i had an infection there and it was hell for 3 months worst pain ever for me ever!!!my psa levels last 2 blood tests are perfect ..

He just totally owned titus. Heard titus lost it after this and it started his downfall. Could be wrong...

Phil's a Facebook friend. He just got done doing chemo and is cancer free. Still looks good at 200 pounds.

He's also an open book and is quite honest about his past drug use, as well as other aspects of his life, past and present. He gets my respect for that.

Was always a huge fan of Hernon..his physique and his training methods. Met him a few times in the mid 90's...very nice guy in person. Very humble and would answer anything you asked him and gave your question time and thought. I just watched everyone of his short youtube video-talks over the past week...and I must say...it is the best stuff on the web from a true bodybuilder who walked the walk. Guys need to get through his humor and see that his advice and ramblings are solid good stuff.

Phil still looking great at 50 years old. Cancer survivor too. 5'8" approx 210lbs. TRT dose only. Solid built muscle here. 1 set per bodypart, full body training 7 days per week...day off only when needed. 15-20 reps to basic positive failure. Watch his videos...GREAT STUFF as I said. HONEST STUFF.

People who had prostate cancer get TRT?  That surprises me, but what do I know.

Quote
Based on the studies and latest research it does not appear that testosterone causes prostate cancer, nor that it has a negative impact on men who already have the disease. At the same time, another hormone—estrogen—seems to play the main role in the disease. Signs and symptoms of elevated estrogen in men—low libido, breast development, risk of stroke and heart attack, infertility, weight gain—are the same as those associated with low testosterone, so estrogen, not testosterone, is a hormone that needs to be equally managed as part of living a healthy and cancer free life.

I once asked an oncologist why do men's risk of prostate cancer go up as his testosterone levels go down. He shrugged. True story.

Better to die young as a thong warrior on dialysis with your kidneys destroyed by steroids and diuretics than live to a ripe old age with family, friends, and a full lifetime of experiences.

Makes me think there could be a spin off of the show “Intervention” on YT for BBers abusing PE’s (some use recs too obviously)

When I watch intervention some of these people seem bright and can be successful and yet can rationalize doing heroin and/or meth.

These guys remind me of them.

Herndon was good but what does he look like now that he's dead?
Bhank looks better now and that's all that counts.

To add to my post above concerning 1995:

Francios won the ASC
Nasser won the NOC
Palumbo won the Jr Nationals
Hernon won the USA
Yates won the Olympia

Don't forget. Ronnie Coleman won his first pro show in 1995, the Montreal Pro Classic.
