first pic is totally relaxed back, its ok second is a crappy front pose i suck at thius pose look narrowish 3rd is a bicep shot looks ok tho chest is not great looking(never was tho) left is relaxed
You like many others will have certain poses that make u look better than others or show ur muscles better. Some poses might make ur chest seem non exsistent while other might make u appear to have full round chest. Just gotta keep taking pics and asking for feedback and ul find out. davie

Looking good bro. I read a few magazines.......who gives a s**t what their trying to sell. Their routines do give you some good ideas....especially when changing things up every once in a while is critical. You cant believe everything they say or anyone else for that matter since everyone is different. For me their a good tool for motivation. Now Goudy, what kinda s**t you on?

Well I finally got the shit sport of powerlifting out of my system. I realised a few things.
I am not cut out for it. I only really want to powerlift again if it is raw and unequipped.
Anyway i am pursuing natural bodybuilding. I will train as a bodybuilder, eat like one and train areas i have neglected for too long, legs calves in particular, abs and arms.
Its all planned.
In properation for that wee comp i done on sunday i trained too hard too long and thus gave myself tendonitis in both forearms and a right tricep injury which has still not healed.
For 2 weeks prior to the comp i lost nearly 6lbs due to not being able to train at all bar 12 sets of very light bench pressing (185-225lbs). currently i am traing extremely laughably light till i recover fully. there is a slight pain but i am playing it by ear and hopefully it will be better on friday than what it was yesterday.
tomorro i will try to see if i can chin again pain free as the grip is what gets me. i will also squat. all being well i will still take it very light (sets of 20) for the next week or so before upping the weight on bench press and shoulder press (currently 12ish light easy reps).
once i feel recovered over another week or 2 i will reintroduce heavy weights and i am guessing that in 3 weeks i shall be fully recovered and bigger than ever before i bodybuild.
i will update this section lots and answer as best i can. my mate Paul McIlroy is training me and he knows we will go places.
Oh here is the medal i won at that wee comp.

In this instance, you're a joke Goudy.
Why? Because you never trained for powerlifting, used some bodybuilding routine to prepare for powerlifting, and then bitched about it all.
If you want to compete in powerlifting, lift heavy weights, then train like a powerlifter.

Congrats goudy...remember powerlifting is a lifestyle just like bodybuilding. it takes years to get good at it and not hurt yourself. i haven't had an injury yet but my wrists hurt like a bitch sometimes... whatever you decide to do you will do well at...it's all about personal preference. i don't know what's wrong with hedge, i thought you used a powerlifting layout the last time i checked.

IMO, a natural lifter with Goudy's frame and height won't be in his final weight class until the mid 20's-late 20's.
Goudy has the strength and height for strongman, I've stated this in the past.
To see him train for aesthetics instead of optimizing his strength, it's just a big fcuking waste of talent if you ask me.
I would like to see Goudy on a powerlifting routine twice a week, and strongman training once a week. He would be going places.
Goudy bodybuilding? That's fcuked up.
