I'm not sure. It seems odd that the others didn't react immediately when he slammed the guy and didn't try to stop the fight (as you'd expect they would).
The blood could have easily been added when the camera turned away from the scene.

There's a section where you see him connecting to the chin, i rewinded it a couple of times, pretty disturbing that no one stopped him.  Looks like a bunch of college dudes partying went wrong.

Half of them were sleeping. The other guy recording was a black guy who didn't give one shit, even after the fact, body is there dead with a broken face and he's still not caring....pretty sad.

High and drunk probably, from my experience when people watch someone go off like that, they don't get involved in case the guy turns on them.

You have to use self control to avoid jail even if you are defending yourself use of excessive force will send you to prison plus getting sued and having to pay the guy a lot of money definitely not worth it.

Had a friend in HS kick a guy when he was down after a fight (major puss move) anyway he got probation then had to pay out like 5k in damages since the guy he kicked lawyered up.

I believe that the guy was punching as hard as he could, and he seemed physically able enough to inflict serious damage. twas a vicious attack.
