In his single term in office Trump nominated 465 judges, 4 of which were U.S. Supreme Court justices. Obama who was President for 8 years nominated 656 judges. So far, 121 of the Judges Biden nominated have been appointed by the U.S. Senate. Additionally, he nominated 62 judges which have not yet been appointed.

Trials are moved all the time when it’s thought the defendant wouldn’t get a fair trial in a particular venue. It’s been asked numerous times to have the trial moved to a more neutral district and has been denied.

This is a risk criminals take. Apparently, sufficient reason has not been provided by his lawyers or Trump via his attorneys. One reason a change of venue is requested is that the accused cannot get a fair trial by jury because of pre-trial publicity. Since Trump has 'excessively' publicized his own cases on social media and at his rallies, there is likely nowhere his trials could be moved where the prospective jury pool would not know about the circumstances of the case.
