See this is just one more thing that makes Trumpy look dumber than everyone already thinks he is. He claims for a fact he has immunity. So why not take the first opportunity to go before the conservative SC, and have them declare that he does in fact have immunity. This would kill Jack's case immediately. Like, that day!
It boggles the mind that someone would go through so much trouble and effort to delay proving their innocence. This is dumber than his promise to unveil "evidence" at his Bedminster meeting - only to cancel the whole thing and unveil nothing (except he is a liar).
