That means his “net approval rating” is -16.3%, which is well “underwater,” as pollsters like to say.

Negative 16.3% is also really bad historically speaking. In fact, the only president with weaker numbers than Biden was Jimmy Carter, who hit -28.6% on day 910. At the time, just 29% of Americans approved of Carter’s performance on average, while 57.6% disapproved.

Now this (so called) innocent man will have to prove his (so called) innocence at trial.  Which shouldn't be hard to do since he claims he has (so called) evidence that proves it.   But yet instead of releasing it a long time ago, he instead continue to clutch it and whine.  Sounds legit.  Any other innocent person would go to court ASAP and clear their name while under oath.

A New York judge on Wednesday rejected former President Donald's Trump's plea to delay his upcoming criminal trial until after the Supreme Court rules on his broad claim of presidential immunity.

Trump raised the argument in a March legal filing, urging Judge Juan Merchan to delay the trial until after the Supreme Court has ruled on the scope of presidential immunity in a separate Trump case dealing with federal election interference charges.

But Merchan said Trump raised the argument too late. The trial is scheduled to begin on April 15 and Trump was charged with falsifying business records by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on April 4, 2023 − over a year before.

"This Court finds that Defendant had myriad opportunities to raise the claim of presidential immunity well before March 7, 2024," Merchan wrote in the Wednesday ruling.

Wow! There is nothing as audacious and trying to defraud the court which is trying his fraud charges. 

Trump's surety bond was/is missing vital information, including a document related to power of attorney, a financial statement from the company and certificate of qualification from the Department of Financial Services which is required by New York Insurance Law Section 1111.

Once again, Trump gets an undeserved delay, but it is only 10 days. Trump or the company must file a motion to "justify" the bond, meaning Knight must prove that it is financially capable of paying the bond.

Knight does not look to be licensed in New York and doesn't appear to have enough capital to make this undertaking.
