Obviously Trump is not a libertarian but he is trying to court their votes, why is why he threw the Ulbricht bone at the end of his speech and posted a generic message about crypto. RFK received a better response. But why did Biden not accept the invitation to speak to libertarians as well? His handlers must have been terribly afraid of an embarrassing appearance that would elicit both booing and laughing, much like the debates where Biden's campaign refused to have a live audience along with excluding RFK from the debate, and mandating having the candidates sit on chairs instead of standing.

The Trump campaign first reached out to request a speaking slot. Libertarian Party Chair Angela McArdle then invited all three major presidential candidates—Trump, President Joe Biden, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.—to speak, with her stated reasoning being that this would draw attention to the nominating convention. "This is an incredible opportunity for us to bring someone who grabs the spotlight and put them on our stage," she told The Washington Post.

RFK Jr. and Trump accepted; Biden declined. RFK Jr.'s remarks were much better received than Trump's—in fact, the Democrat-turned-independent received standing ovations when he promised to pardon Edward Snowden and drop the charges against Julian Assange. He also emphasized areas of commonality with libertarians: the importance of the Bill of Rights, and the frightening authoritarianism of the government's COVID-19 response under both Trump and Biden.

Trump did elicit some cheers toward the end of his speech, when he promised to appoint a libertarian to his Cabinet and free Ross Ulbricht. But the crowd did not buy his line that he was a libertarian, nor did they accept they he should be their nominee or receive their votes. After many minutes of sustained booing, Trump started growing hostile toward the crowd, suggesting that maybe Libertarians don't want to win after all.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Donald Trump is back in court today on Tuesday for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s show trial in New York City.

The Biden campaign, for some reason, decided to hold a press conference right outside the courtroom with disgraced, deranged Trump-hating actor Robert De Niro this morning. Unsurprisingly, the tactic spectacularly backfired on them.

Fox News’s John Roberts revealed that the campaign announced they would be holding the event at roughly 10:15 AM while teasing that “special guests” would be participating. This is just the latest sign that the entire prosecution is being orchestrated by the Biden regime.

Below is footage of Team Biden arriving with the crazy De Niro to spew nonsensical poison before a national audience. Notice how the actor is wearing a face diaper in the open air?

De Niro, who can barely see over the microphone, takes to the podium shortly afterward. He quickly flips out while hearing cries of “f**k you!” from Trump supporters in the background, calling them “crazy” and “clowns.”
