Yes, on a Federal and in some regards a state level (Wisconsin), it was a good night. Picked up two seats in the house making it 220-215 majority long with Wisconsin with a blowout win for voter ID laws that will be in their states Constitution.

Here's what's confusing. A liberal won the election for the states Supreme Court giving them a liberal majority. Here's what doesn't make sense, 60% voted for Voter ID. The math doesn't add up.

Possibly, but as of right now the Dems have literally nothing to run on. Newsom is desperately trying to change the narrative but everyone knows he’s just gaslighting and doesn’t mean what he says. To the cameras he says one thing, behind everything else it’s the same and in some instances, worse.

Dems are notorious for not coming out for special elections or mid terms.  It's rare, but does happen as seen by Dubya and Duhnold.

I totally agree that the state of the economy is going to be a huge factor from now until midterms. Money makes the world go round. When there is not enough, it is a problem which is foremost on folks’ minds. If people in the U.S. are struggling to make ends meet, perhaps unsuccessfully, America will not be made great again. People are fickle, loving Trump one day and hating him the next.

There was no communism in this country.  Ever.  We have some socialized programs but that's about it.  Even those programs are typically a hybrid.  If it were me, I'd tax all houses of worship at least what businesses are taxed.  Big Gretch did a fantastic job shepherding this glorious state of mine.  I was born in 1973 and she is far and away the greatest Michigan Governor of my lifetime.  Last year, while the dems had control of everything, they should have amended the state constitution and allowed 3 terms for a governor.
