Not sure what you mean, but I can think of two examples........

There was a window opened for people to be able to accuse folks of sexual assault so the E Jean could file her case.  I THINK Kelly Ann Conway's husband was involved, but I don't really remember.

The Bragg case basically Frankensteined a crime together to fit the man.  The "conviction" here was the event that convinced me Trump winning was a necessity.

Maybe a third if you go with the James case, since no other real estate person has been tried for this.  Trump was basically fined $400M for taking out a loan, repaying it with interest, and the bankers saying it was all good and they'd do it again.

All this was done when they thought  Trump was down, and they could bastardize our systems with no repercussion.

Ooops.....hopefully the DAs get sanctioned, disbarred, etc....

In August 2024, the Department of Justice announced that a real estate professional pleaded guilty to a $55 million mortgage fraud conspiracy. The scheme involved using fraudulent documents with inflated purchase prices to deceive lenders.

In the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, federal and state law enforcement intensified efforts to prosecute financial real estate fraud, with thousands of cases pursued in the years that followed.

Can you provide links to your search?

According to Grok:

Quote
Based on available information, there are no definitive reports of another real estate person being convicted of the exact same type of financial fraud (misrepresenting property values for financial gain) in New York or elsewhere after February 2024.

Quote
There are no clear reports of other real estate professionals (e.g., developers, brokers, or investors) being convicted of the exact same crime—misrepresenting real estate values for financial gain—in the period following the Trump verdict. Some sources mention allegations against other public figures, such as Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook and Senator Adam Schiff, for mortgage fraud involving primary residence declarations, but these cases are unrelated to real estate businesses and remain allegations without convictions

Any working American with a 401K and/or a Roth IRA and/or a brokerage account invested long-term in US stock index funds is celebrating.  I know I am.   ;D

Anybody of average and above intelligence who suffers from TDS loses lots of money:

How Warren Buffett bet against the ‘Trump trade’ — and lost spectacularly

Nov. 8, 2024

Buffett has been selling stocks like Bank of America and even market darling Apple, if you haven’t noticed, hoarding more than $300 billion cash and cash equivalents (T-bills) because he said tax rates were going higher, and he expected stocks to crater.

Now that the possibility of Trump winning has turned into a reality, the famed Oracle of Omaha is looking more like the Knucklehead from Nebraska, some of these traders say. Sure, shares of his holding company Berkshire Hathaway were up with the rest of the market after Wednesday’s massive Wall Street, but think of all the money he left on the table by sitting in as much low-yielding, short-dated treasuries as the Fed, and not having his cash in the roaring S&P.

That's true, and it's too bad Buffett, Soros, and Millennials didn't understand that and instead allowed their TDS dictate their investing choices and that's why they lost so much money.
